My heart went out to this pregnant woman in our ER, getting her IV in place, and I wanted her to know she’s not alone.
I encourage hyperemesis gravidarum patients to discuss the possible use of granisetron with their doctors and reach out to the manufacturer to find out where and how to get it, if their insurance does not cover it, or if their local pharmacy does not carry it.
